Your tasks:

• General advice on trademark protection and trademark registrations in the Greater China Region (China/Taiwan/Honkong/Macau)
• Advising on objections, oppositions and other proceedings

Your profile:

• Qualification as a trademark lawyer or trademark paralegal
• Language skills: Chinese (very good knowledge; writing/speaking), English (business fluent), German (if the case may be)
• Experience with IP management software
